Why this works

Knowledge you never apply isn't knowledge — it's just something you once watched.

Most people who set out to learn AI end up with a folder of half-finished tutorials and the quiet feeling that everyone else figured it out. That isn't a discipline problem. It's a format problem. Watching someone else use a tool builds recognition, not skill — and recognition disappears the moment a real brief, a real deadline, and a real client are in front of you.

This programme is built the opposite way round. You learn a tool in the morning and use it on your own live project the same day. The work is uncomfortable early and then, somewhere around the second week, it isn't — because you've done it enough times that it belongs to you.

🎬

You leave with work, not notes

A finished reel or a working growth playbook — something you can show, not a certificate that says you attended.

🤝

Someone is watching your progress

Small cohorts mean an instructor knows your name, your project, and exactly where you're stuck. Nobody quietly falls behind.

🔁

You fail here, not in front of a client

Every mistake happens on a practice brief with someone beside you — which is the only affordable place to make it.

🧭

The overwhelm ends

New tools arrive every week. You stop chasing them once you own the underlying workflow, and you decide what's worth your attention.

💼

Your work opens the door

Top performers are introduced to local studios hiring right now — on the strength of what they built, not a resume line.

🌱

You stop feeling behind

The gap between people who use AI and people who mean to isn't talent. It's thirty days of doing the work.

💬

The honest version

Nobody is behind because they lack information — it's all free and everywhere. They're behind because nothing was ever applied. Thirty days of supervised, real work closes that gap permanently.

Three tracks, one studio

Three tracks under one programme. Same live, project-based format across all three — the difference is scope and duration. The combined track isn't the two tracks stacked back to back; shared fundamentals run once, and the days saved go straight back into project time.

Curriculum — day by day

Every day is a working day: a tool or technique in the first half, applied to your own live brief in the second. Nothing is taught that isn't used the same week. Below is the complete day-by-day plan for each track.

Industry-ready by designThe sequence mirrors how a real studio job actually runs — brief, pre-production, shoot, post, packaging, delivery — so what you practise here is what the industry expects on day one.

Content & Branding

Track 01 · 21 days · 5 days on set
DayFocusWhat you do
Phase 1 · Foundations — days 1–3
01AI content landscape & studio stackMap the current tool landscape and set up your working stack. Where AI genuinely helps in production — and where it still costs more time than it saves.
02Prompting for creative workPrompt systems for image, video and text. Build your own reusable prompt library instead of starting from a blank box every time.
03Concept development & ideationInterrogating a client brief, generating and pressure-testing concepts, setting visual direction. Your live project brief is issued today.
Phase 2 · Pre-production — days 4–6
04Scripting & story structureHooks, beats and retention curves. AI-assisted drafting and rewriting — and the editorial judgement to know which draft is actually better.
05Storyboarding & shot-listingGenerative storyboards, shot lists and coverage planning. Translating a script into something a crew can actually shoot.
06Look development & shoot planningMood boards, references and look dev. Call sheets, location and prop planning, scheduling and budget for your own shoot.
Phase 3 · Live shoot training — days 7–11 · on set
07Camera on setHands-on with studio bodies and lenses. Exposure, focal length, framing and camera movement — shot, reviewed and reshot the same day.
08Lighting for contentThree-point, natural and mixed sources. Building looks for product, interview and lifestyle setups; shaping, diffusing and controlling spill.
09Sound on setLav, boom and shotgun mics; room treatment, levels and monitoring. Why most amateur video is recognisable by its audio, not its picture.
10Directing & working with talentBlocking, performance direction and getting a usable take. Self-shooting technique and multi-camera setups for small crews.
11Full shoot dayYour own brief, filmed end to end. Real crew roles rotated across the cohort — you direct, you shoot, you assist, you record sound.
Phase 4 · Post-production — days 12–15
12AI-assisted rough cutAuto-transcription, text-based editing and selects. Getting to a watchable assembly in hours rather than days.
13Generative video & cleanupExtending shots, background work, object removal and style transfer — used as a repair and enhancement tool, not a gimmick.
14Voice, music & sound designAI voice and dubbing, score selection and generation, sound design and a clean final mix.
15Colour & finishingGrading, LUTs and matching shots across a sequence. Export specs and deliverable formats for each platform.
Phase 5 · Branding & packaging — days 16–18
16Brand identity fundamentalsLogo systems, type and palette. AI-assisted asset generation with the design judgement to direct it rather than accept the first output.
17Brand voice & content pillarsTone guides, content pillars and repeatable series formats — the difference between posting and building a body of work.
18Multi-platform packagingReels, Shorts and long-form cuts from one shoot. Thumbnail systems, titles and hooks that survive a crowded feed.
Phase 6 · Delivery & portfolio — days 19–21
19Client feedback & revisionsA real notes round on your work. Interpreting feedback, versioning, and defending a choice when it's the right one.
20Final polish, QC & handoverQuality control pass, deliverable packaging and clean handover — the part most portfolios quietly skip.
21Presentation & portfolio reelClient-style pitch of your finished work, portfolio reel assembly, and graduation review. Placement-track candidates are evaluated here.

Shoot days run on studio equipment. Cohort rotates crew roles so every candidate directs, operates, assists and records sound at least once.

Digital

Track 02 · 21 days
DayFocusWhat you do
Phase 1 · Foundations — days 1–3
01AI landscape for digital teamsMap the tool landscape and set up your working stack. Data hygiene and where AI output can and cannot be trusted in commercial work.
02Prompt systems & workflowsReusable templates, prompt chaining and quality control. Building workflows a team can run, not one-off tricks.
03Research foundationsSourcing and verification. Spotting fabricated statistics and hallucinated citations before they reach a client deck. Live brief is issued today.
Phase 2 · Strategy & research — days 4–6
04Market & competitor analysisLandscape mapping, competitive positioning and finding the gap worth occupying — evidenced, not assumed.
05Audience research & segmentationBuilding personas from real data rather than invented ones. Intent mapping and matching message to stage.
06Positioning & messaging architectureOffer definition, value propositions and messaging pillars that hold up across every channel and asset.
Phase 3 · Creative & content ops — days 7–10
07Copywriting at scaleAd copy, landing pages and email. Generating variants worth testing — and cutting the ones that only look different.
08Creative production for paidStatic and video ad variants, hook writing and platform specs. Creative as the real targeting lever.
09Content calendars & distributionRepurposing systems, publishing cadence and organic distribution that doesn't depend on one person's memory.
10SEO & AI search visibilityKeyword clustering, content briefs, and optimizing to be cited by AI answer engines as well as ranked by search.
Phase 4 · Campaigns & funnels — days 11–14
11Funnel architectureMapping awareness through conversion, choosing the right page for each stage, and finding where the leak actually is.
12Campaign setup & targetingObjectives, audience structure and budget architecture. Why most accounts are structured to fail before a rupee is spent.
13Conversion tracking & measurementEvent setup, attribution basics and data quality. If the tracking is wrong, every decision downstream is wrong too.
14Landing pages & CROAI-assisted page build, message match and a testing plan grounded in what actually moves conversion.
Phase 5 · Automation & analytics — days 15–18
15Automation workflowsConnecting tools, triggers and no-code pipelines that remove the repetitive work from your week.
16Reporting & dashboardsLive KPI dashboards and scheduled reports — reporting that runs itself instead of eating every Monday.
17AI-assisted analyticsReading performance data, isolating what actually moved, and separating signal from noise in small samples.
18Optimization loopTest design, iteration cadence and kill-or-scale decisions — with the discipline to wait for enough data.
Phase 6 · Delivery & playbook — days 19–21
19Stakeholder feedback roundA real review of your live project. Handling pushback, revising, and justifying the calls you made.
20Growth playbook documentationTurning what you built into repeatable SOPs someone else could run — the deliverable that outlasts the campaign.
21Presentation & graduation reviewStakeholder-style presentation of results and playbook. Placement-track candidates are evaluated here.

The live brief runs from day 3 to day 21 in parallel with teaching — every technique is applied to it the day it's taught.

Both — Combined

Track 03 · 30 days · 12 days saved
